Conference Registration
In streamlining registration, we’re asking all conference attendees to pre-register & submit registration payment here. But come visit us from 8:30 pm - 9:30 pm on Sunday, January 20th (the day of your arrival) in the hotel lobby to receive your conference welcome packet & a ticket for a drink on us!

Meals
Your package plan includes:
Dinner on day of arrival | three meals the following days | breakfast & lunch on day of departure
Gratuity and tax included
Anything above your package allocation will be billed to you; no meal credits are given

Tuesday: Karaoke in Slopeside Lounge from 7:00 pm - 10:00 pm
Wednesday: Tube Park 4 pm - 8 pm (depends on weather)
Thursday: Race at 2:15 pm | Awards at 8 pm in Main Dining Room
Thursday: Wine Tasting 5:30 pm - 9:30 pm in Slopeside Lounge | $2 ticket for 3-oz pour | Cheese & crackers provided
